Steve Dulin - Founder and CEO Of MasterPlan Business Leadership
Steve Dulin is the founder and president of MasterPlan Business Leadership, Inc., where he has been leading the organization since 1996. Through MasterPlan Business Leadership, he provides guidance on integrating biblical principles into business operations, helping entrepreneurs and executives navigate ethical decision-making and leadership. Before starting the ministry, Steve Dulin founded Milestone Construction in 1990. As president, they completed over 2,500 successful commercial interior finish-out projects, leading the company for two decades before selling the company in 2010.
Mr. Dulin earned a bachelor of science from Rice University, studying economics, political science, and business management. In 2006, he received the King’s College and Seminary LASER Award for his work in faith-based business leadership. He has also developed a curriculum on business practices based on biblical principles and released a CD series titled How to Do Business God’s Way.
Committed to service and mentorship, Steve Dulin has been actively involved on the boards of several national nonprofit organizations. His work continues to influence business leaders seeking to integrate faith into their professional lives while maintaining integrity and excellence.
